You are not judged by the height you have risen, but from the depth you have climbed

Licensed Social Worker and CAADC Certified for Drug & Alcohol Counseling

Torn between seeking help and holding onto comfort?  Beginning therapy feels risky for many people!  We know it is time to address the challenges we face.  While, on the other hand, we are overwhelmed with negative thoughts like what will people think? What if it doesn't work?, how can a stranger help?  Is there any hope ?

I use a faith based, trauma- informed approach.  Using a variety of counseling techniques, filtered through a strengths-based lens, I engage each person's unique story and encourage holistic healing.  Looking at the whole picture, we explore your beliefs, motivations and experiences in order to empower you to reach goals.

We build coping skills which can strengthen interpersonal relationships and overcome barriers.  No matter the challenges you face, positive change is available to you.  My goal is to support your brave journey of growth and healing.

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) working towards my clinical license.  I have certification as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).  I previously worked in both an outpatient and residential drug and alcohol facility.
