You deserve a space where you feel validated, seen, safe, and valued as you embark on your journey of growth and healing. As a person-centered therapist, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy. My relational personality and down-to-earth approach allow me to connect with individuals who are seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to share and be themselves. Together, we'll create a customized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals, and work at a pace that works best for you.

My goal is to ensure that you feel seen, known, and cared for as you process your personal experiences and pursue growth and healing. Through our sessions, we'll develop strategies to identify negative thinking patterns and provide you with the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and resilience.

Experience

     I am a graduate from Messiah College's Masters Degree in Counseling.  I previously worked in youth ministry and have experience working with middle and high school students.
